These are always a massive hit at school! They’re simple to make but they do get very sticky! If you’re not a fan of coconut, try swapping it for sprinkles or chocolate shavings.
Ingredients
- 250g Digestive Biscuits
- 200g Marshmallow Fluff / Condensed Milk
- 300g White Chocolate
- 200g Desiccated Coconut
Directions
- In a large bowl, crush the biscuits into fine crumbs. Add the marshmallow fluff and stir to combine.
- Use slightly damp hands to roll the biscuit mix into about 30 small balls and place on a baking tray.
- Heat the chocolate in a heat proof bowl over simmering water until melted.
- Spread out 30 small cake cases, ready for your snowballs (optional).
- Pour the desiccated coconut onto another baking tray.
- Use a fork to dip the biscuit balls into the white chocolate and then place on the desiccated coconut and roll to coat! Be prepared… it will get sticky!!
