These traditional American campfire snacks are super easy to make, lots of fun and very tasty! If you’re outside in the summer and can build a campfire, then use skewers to roast the marshmallows over the fire and sandwich them between two crackers/biscuits with a cube of chocolate in the centre. Or if the weather isn’t as good, follow this simple recipe and keep the kids busy making lots of mess. Traditionally graham crackers are used, but are less available here in the UK, so rich tea biscuits are a great substitute. You can buy marshmallow fluff in large superstores such as Tesco and it doesn’t contain gelatine so it’s suitable for vegetarians.
