Recipes
These recipes are great for kids who want to do some cooking with a watchful eye over them or anyone who wants to prepare a quick and easy meal. Most recipes can be ready within just an hour (with the exception of breads and some pastries) and contain an element to them where you can be creative, which is what we’re all about!
This is a simple curry, suitable for vegetarians but enjoyed by all. Experiment with the flavours and adjust the heat to your taste. Try it with a homemade naan bread or chapattis. *Pansand means ‘what you like’ in Hindi, the official language of India.
Something light and healthy to enjoy in the summer! It’s fun for the kids to make and encourages them to try new flavours and ingredients… and it’s all really tasty! **BEWARE – pomegranate can stain… and be eaten before it makes it’s way to the couscous!

All I can say is, I’d never usually choose to eat chicken wings, but put these in front of me and I’d eat the whole plate! The spice mix is flavoursome and only mildly spicy – Perfect!
Now I’m not a massive fan of beef as a whole… but this spice rub really makes it tender and it tastes amazing! I cook the veg in the same pan to stir it through the juices to give it that lovely flavour – don’t forget to spoon out some […]
Toffee Popcorn has NEVER been suggested to make at one of our after school clubs before and now considering how much fun it was and then how tasty it was… and then how it probably didn’t even leave the classroom… I’d say it will be back on the menu soon!
I love lemon and white chocolate! When I make a batch of these, I could easily finish them all off. The decorations may look effective but they are really simple, and you don’t have to follow how I’ve done them, be creative.
