These mini Pavlovas are really easy to make but look very impressive. Children of all ages can give these a go and they can be ready in as little as 15 minutes.
Ingredients
- 5 Meringue Nests
- 250ml Cream
- 2 Tsp Icing Sugar
- Fresh Fruit
Directions
- Use and electric whisk to whip the cream until it holds its shape.
- Add the icing sugar and whip again for 10 seconds.
- Lay out the meringue nests onto 5 plates.
- Add a spoonful of the whipped cream onto each meringue.
- Decorate each pavlova with neatly arranged fresh fruit.
Alternatively, use Tesco’s Frozen Mixed Berries, as they defrost they will create a small amount of juice, which can make the pavlovas look really pretty (see photo above).
