Mini Pavlovas

These mini Pavlovas are really easy to make but look very impressive. Children of all ages can give these a go and they can be ready in as little as 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 5 Meringue Nests
  • 250ml Cream
  • 2 Tsp Icing Sugar
  • Fresh Fruit

Directions

  1. Use and electric whisk to whip the cream until it holds its shape.
  2. Add the icing sugar and whip again for 10 seconds.
  3. Lay out the meringue nests onto 5 plates.
  4. Add a spoonful of the whipped cream onto each meringue.
  5. Decorate each pavlova with neatly arranged fresh fruit.

Alternatively, use Tesco’s Frozen Mixed Berries, as they defrost they will create a small amount of juice, which can make the pavlovas look really pretty (see photo above).
