Super tasty, super healthy and super easy! Houmous is perfect to have as a snack with vegetable sticks (carrots, celery, peppers, radishes or anything else you fancy!) or flat bread/pitta bread.
Ingredients
- 1 x 400 g tin of chickpeas
 - 1 small clove of garlic, crushed
 - 1 tablespoon tahini
 - Juice of 1 lemon
 - Olive oil
 - Salt and Pepper
 
Directions
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas in a sieve over the sink.
 - Blitz the chickpeas in a food processor until smooth.
 - Add the garlic and tahini to the chickpeas and blend well.
 - Season your houmous with lemon juice, olive oil and salt & pepper, by adding a little bit of each at a time.
 - Taste and adjust seasoning as you go along.
