Fun for children of all ages, with a chance to be creative and make their desserts look unique and individual. I use raspberries rather than strawberries in this recipe as they make a nice rippling effect in the cream, but feel free to switch it up.

- 6 Meringue Nests
- 300ml Double Cream
- 150g Raspberries
- 1 Tsp Icing Sugar
Directions
- Whip the cream to soft peaks (until it just holds its shape).
- Add a teaspoon of icing sugar and whisk again for 10 seconds.
- Add the raspberries to the cream bowl and stir them through.
- Design the Eton Mess’s in 6 bowls using the meringues and cream as you like – be creative!
- Keep in the fridge until ready to eat.
