Who doesn’t love a cornflake cake? And these ones are especially fun as we’ve topped them off with glitter and shimmer spray to make them beautifully Christmassy. Lots of fun and super easy to make!
Ingredients
- 200g Milk/White Chocolate
- 100g Cornflakes
- Glitter/ Shimmer spray
Directions
- Melt the chocolate in a small heat proof bowl over a small pan of simmering water.
- Put the cornflakes into a large mixing bowl. Pour the melted chocolate over the cornflakes and stir carefully with a wooden spoon, trying not to break the cornflakes.
- Spoon into 12 cupcake cases.
- Decorate your cornflake cakes with glitter or shimmer spray for a Christmassy effect.
- Keep in the fridge to allow the chocolate to set and prevent them from melting again.
