Spring is here and that means summer is just around the corner. It’s time to start eating healthily if you want that perfect bikini body, but I still need a sweet fix now and then so I’m trying out some healthy recipes. Try out these Vanilla Chia Puddings with summer berries.
Ingredients
- 300ml Almond milk
- 50g Chia Seeds
- 1Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3Tbsp Maple Syrup
- Handful of berries (I use Tesco’s frozen summer berries)
Directions
- Simply mix all ingredients together.
- Pour into 4 ramekins and leave to set overnight.
These are perfect for breakfast or as a dessert. Chia seeds are a great protein and they’re full of nutrition.
