White Chocolate Snowballs

These are always a massive hit at school! They’re simple to make but they do get very sticky! If you’re not a fan of coconut, try swapping it for sprinkles or chocolate shavings.

Ingredients

  • 250g Digestive Biscuits
  • 200g Marshmallow Fluff / Condensed Milk
  • 300g White Chocolate
  • 200g Desiccated Coconut

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, crush the biscuits into fine crumbs. Add the marshmallow fluff and stir to combine.
  2. Use slightly damp hands to roll the biscuit mix into about 30 small balls and place on a baking tray.
  3. Heat the chocolate in a heat proof bowl over simmering water until melted.
  4. Spread out 30 small cake cases, ready for your snowballs (optional).
  5. Pour the desiccated coconut onto another baking tray.
  6. Use a fork to dip the biscuit balls into the white chocolate and then place on the desiccated coconut and roll to coat! Be prepared… it will get sticky!!
