Coleslaw

Coleslaw is super easy to make and is perfect for practicing your knife skills! I add a bit of chilli powder to give it a little kick – but that’s optional.

Ingredients

  • 100g Purple Cabbage
  • 100g White Cabbage
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 White Onion
  • 3 Large Carrots
  • 150ml Crème Fraiche
  • 2 drops Chilli Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper

Directions

  1. Thinly slice the two cabbages and onions.
  2. Grate the carrot.
  3. Mix together in a large bowl and add the crème fraiche and chilli sauce.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and taste.
